Many a times I have been struck by the social and psychological meanings loaded in  your work. This is a similar piece demonstrating one kind of perception for elderly persons. Congrats.

amazing.  just amazing.  are there just two photographs plus mirroring and sizing?  i think the lighting direction, because the mirroring doesn't seem unnatural at all.  the watch is the tip off, and then the lettereing on the hat and whatever it says on the shirt, but those aren't prominent.

Jamie, there are two pictures of the man only, hard is the selecting and making PSD and I had some more pictures taken I think! The shadow of the head on the shirt makes it obvious, the mirroring of the right one I mean!

Terrific composition and concept!  It brought-to-mind the difference between Here (The Philippines) and There, where many of the 'old men' here came from.

In many cases older, single men are ignored by all but 'old' ladies in their countries-of-origin, but here in the Philippines you will often see a guy in his 70's dancing with his 20-something girlfriend or wife.

Things are Very Different here!  Some are quite nice...  Others are very strange and sometimes not so nice.

For me it sure beats a nursing home or the like.  If the need ever arises I can hire a live-in RN for around $100 per month.  I can get a maid/housekeeper for even less.

This image would be disturbing if I were still living in the USA.

I do like the creativity and composition though!  GREAT IMAGE!

That's NOT me!!! Super work my friend. In regards to my first comment, that's not me. My mother in law, now 93 years of age, was asked about her key to longevity and she responded that when she sees old people bent over and shuffling along that she thinks... 'That's NOT me." and when she sees someone who is really fit and full of life she thinks... That's ME. Sooooooooooo, my response to your fine image is...

That's NOT me!!!
;-p
