Strange thing, but this ugly architecture makes a picture which is pleasant to view to some extent! Technically almost perfectly done! Lacks sharpness a little!

A lot of books have been written about him recently.

I agree that the building is not in best shape, but it belongs to a movement which was telling that "ornament is crime"
