She is a gorgeous. I like the V-formation of her arns, I like her eyes, how she looks.  The photo is full of sexuality. I would offer to apply more re-touching because of the lighting her face (above her chin on her right side).

Hernest,

She is a pretty girl with lovely blonde hair. You have focused well on her eyes. She has good eye contract with the camera (viewer). Her skin tone is very good. The background is nicely neutral and she is well separated from it. The left and right compositional balance is quite good. I like the lighting and the specular highlights on her lips. She has very good catchlights and her eye contact with the camera (viewer) is good.

Her make-up looks quite good. Perhaps just a tad light for her skin tone. I would soften the circles under her eyes.

If you would have her turn her head slightly more towards the camera you could show some of the whites of her eyes on the left (her right) side of her eyes. It is best to have at least some of the whites of her eyes showing on each side of her irises. This helps to make her eyes look balanced.

I am not too sure about her expression. I am feeling some apprehension -- distrust -- uncertainty in her expression, the tilt of her head and the way she is looking out of the corners of her eyes. I am not sure that is what you want her to convey to the viewer?

Her shoulders and hip look a bit wide. Do not pose your subject straight on to the camera. This is not a very feminine pose. Showing your subject’s widest areas (shoulder to shoulder or hip to hip) makes those areas appear wide. Your subject will appear thinner and more feminine, graceful and elegant if turned at an angle to the camera. The lines you see from an angle have more apparent motion, interest and grace. You usually do not want to have your subject turned 90 degrees to the camera. This can make the head look unsupported. Generally, it looks best to angle your subject somewhere around 45 degrees.

Avoid having the back (or palm) of the hand towards the camera. The same idea works for the hands as it does for posing a girl's body at an angle to the camera The edge (side) of the hand towards the camera is thinning, feminine and graceful.

You don't want her hands, her foot or left knee pointing out towards the camera. Be careful of foreshortening. Watch for anything closer to the camera than the body. If nearer the camera than her body her feet, knees, hands, elbows and shoulders will look out of proportion to the rest of the body -- larger than normal -- foreshortened.

You don't want to crop off her toes and she needs more head room. Notice that her fingers are turned under. This gives the same appearance as cropping her toes off. She sort of looks like an amputee.

Her hand on top of the other hand and they on top her foot makes that area large looking. It looks like a club or a big old ham hock. It does not have feminine or graceful looking lines.

Her bra (swim suit top?) strap is cutting into her and her right breast is getting squished by her right knee. This pose or a similar one would probably look better nude than with the bra strap (and the little chunk of colored bra cup) showing.

Nice shot,

Mark

I like her pose and expression, you loosing her toe but i don´t think thats a big issue. the balance in the light works fine too for me and the skin tone is nice and even.

Great work.

Best regards Tore

chiedo scusa ...l'incazzatura mi ha fatto invertire i termini, "paternalismo illuminato".

Hernest,

I really like your picture. She is beautiful, and I love the pose and the lighting. I only agree with the cropped toes, but sometimes one only notices that after the pic is taken.

I agree that the paternalist and pompous tone of that jerk Mark Ch. is really infuriating. He has copied and pasted one of his long paragraphs to one of my photos, telling me that my model does not look feminine because she has hands... He does not even take pictures!

Good job. I would remove the photo, and reupload it to erase that #@!% comment.
