You've captured an amazing moment! Well done! How far away have you been standing? As they seem so totally undisturbed!

Best regards, Nikita

Thanks Nikkita,

We were actually quite close, maybe 40/50 feet. Seal River Lodge is one of the few (if only) places in northern Canada where you can photograph polar bears while on foot.

This image really moves me ! I imagine they are comforting each other in the light of the fact they are losing their world en territory, as if only they would know.

Best regards. Karin.

This is absolutely priceless!!

As a caring Canadian I feel it should be the poster, the scream it from the rooftops message to the World.

You should show it to the World Group trying to save the polar bears, WWF.

Cheers,
Drew

This is such a very moving photograph for me!!! A part of the Polar Bear life I have not seen before!!! Besides the exposure being good along with the composition, its the story that conveys imagery!! Well done, society could learn a thing or two from this!
