Although I like the b/w versions, still the color one here given the original atmosphere and the colors did enhanced the composition, this plus the fine details and the water scape, all of these elements makes this image stand up in a very high quality.

It was so bitterly cold that morning and he was flying into the intense North wind. Trying to capture him was hard as my long hair kept blowing into my face as I was standing in such a way the wind was blowing into my left side. It was my only choice to get the image so I captured him and hoped for the best. It's amazing how they can fly into the wind and still manage to move forward. My eyes were tearing as it was SO cold and windy, but I didn't give up chasing him up and down the beach.
