This is fabulous, a beautiful portrait indeed.

Fantastic image John. You have certainly used her gorgeous blonde hair to frame the shot with. The pink compliments the portrait no end. Her eyes and skin tones are aslo A1, all in all a fantastic portrait......Bravo!

Marsha is a beautiful girl. The focus on her eyes, skin tone, make-up, composition, lighting, specular highlights on her lips, contrast and color saturation are all excellent.

She is looking slightly to the right (her left) of the camera.  If not making eye contact with the camera (viewer), the eyes should follow the line of the nose. It is natural to look where your head is pointing. If looking off to the side you should show what she is looking at or provide a reason that she is not looking where her head is pointing. 

The shadows on her face indicate that the main light is coming from above, yet her catch lights are below her pupils. Catchlights below the pupils tell us that the light must be coming from below her eye level. There is an inconsistency here.

I do not know as much as Mark. His comments are always great and we can learn a lot from them. (I have him as my private teacher... no money for him though :-) )  My humble comment: This portrait is perfect, beautiful, awesome. I wish I could take a picture like this one!!
