A beautiful picture of a smile is one which brings smile to the viewer's face in admiration. I wonder, why this has been put up for critique. I was tempted to look at your portfolio and what a collection of marvellous pictures! Congrats. But this picture does not seem to be very appealing, neither technically nor aesthetically. Of course it is a personal perception but nevertheless I thought of exprerssing my opinion. It does not have photogrpahic excellence or visual appeal. Sorry.
