Dark? I like it asit is. It may do with some extrea saturation if you think it look too flat for you . But personally I think you have a nice ARTY shot here. Regards PK.

Evenings last bit of sun, a "touch" of Adobe and the exhausts from

the thousand or so busses full of tourists that stop here each day,

lends a little color to this snapshot of Vancouvers much

Did you have to ask old Hooknose to sit for this portrait, or did he volunteer? What works the best for me is your background on the left side of the frame -- almost as if this were indeed a carefully arranged studio portait. Nice job.

 

BTW, how do you like the 28-135mm IS? I've been thinking of adding it to my quiver, but am concerned it might be too slow. I've read in the forums that the IS lets you go as slow as a 1/60 second at full extension, which isn't bad.
