Very well seen and so well exposed, the details are of very fine nature and the perspective is very effective and adding a great interest to this amazing work.

In contrast to some of your recent pictures (A Winter Scene; The Monument) this is much more disquieting, almost menacing. The gentleness is gone, it's all hard edges, sharp angles and implied threats. Don Quixote would have called out a challenge and charged it with his trusty lance.

Your observation on the difference of this one from most of my recent submissions is spot on! This was shot 2 years ago ;)

 

I like the perspective and the graceful handling of the high dynamic range.  that Sigma 10-20 seems pretty sharp.

This is an unusual perspective, and what is bizarre is that this huge metal end looks quite delicate..;-)) very nice , great details and color palette of this "monster".
