I like it. The model, her face expression, the tonal range. Yet, I think you whitened her right eyeball too much: it does not look natural in my humble opinion, as its three-dimentionality is gone -- the depth was flattened.

What a wonderful portrait! The skin looks so perfect! I love the tight crop and the wonderful rich contrasts. Superb emotional feeling. I actually want to buy her sweater!
