Half crazy or devoted, this guy is standing there without moving for several hours. What I miss from your picture is the special view. The unusual. This "something" that will give character to a pretty usual photographic subject.

Not a bad photo, but not really special either.

maybe you are right about this photo, it's nothing special.
But to me(as a tourist) it describes the situation in Athens around the New Year.
