Norm,

She is a very pretty girl. You have focused well on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer). Her make-up looks very good. I like the specular highlights on her lips. Her lipstick color matches her top very well (pink, magenta, purple?). Probably closer to magenta, but it really doesn't matter. The background is nicely neutral and she is well separated from the background.

The left and right compositional balance is very good. The top and bottom compositional balance is very bottom heavy. If you are going to crop that far into her head you need to do a much tighter crop on the bottom to achieve good balance. Another option would have been to give her more headroom and leave the bottom alone. I think I would have given her more headroom.

Your primary catchlight on her right eye is bleeding into the whites of her eyes. It would be best to keep in on her irises. You do have a small secondary catchlight on her right eye that should be removed. It is directly across from the larger catchlight.

Her pupils are quite dilated. If you use brighter modeling lights or have a brighter area to shoot her in, her eyes will not become so dilated.

Her skin tone has a slight yellow cast to it.

Your depth of field is so narrow that her left shoulder is out of focus. I don't see a good reason to have any of her out of focus. An out of focus background is very nice and focuses attention on your subject. Parts of your subject out of focus will draw attention away from what is in focus. It is difficult to go wrong with having the entire subject in focus.

If you move your main light up a bit the shadow from her nose wouldn't be to the side of her nose. The catchlight would  be better at about the 10 or 2 o'clock position on her irises so that the shadow from her nose to go towards the corner of her mouth.

It appears you have tried to remove the shadows from her hair that falls across her eyes. This still leaves the shadows going down her face and skipping her eyes. This looks a bit -- perhaps more than a bit -- odd.

I tried to provide better compositional balance and to remove some of the yellow in her skin tone.

Nice shot,
