It's a great shot Bill, but it looks a tad soft to me. Camera movement perhaps?

Beautiful but the bird looks a bit blue to me.  Like Scott said, maybe a bit soft.  1/400 ISO 200 & f7 may be a tiny bit too slow.  It would definitely be blurred if I tried to hand hold it at those settings.
