Sometimes HDRs can be tricky but this is nicely done. The colors and effects aren't over done.  Good detail in the background.  Nice leading lines.  I am puzzled by one thing though.  You have given some priority to the subjects in the background yet they are so far away.  I find it a little confusing in that sense.  It looks to me like the main subject is the building.  The reason I say this is you look at the picture the first thing your eye goes to is the wall of the building and the second is the men talking.  I have to say in this way HDR was a little counter productive. If this had been a regular picture the picture of the background with probably been more obscured.  I think this is one disadvantage of having everything so detailed.  I guess you could say this is an HDR weakness.

Relaxed mood and great work. I love your colours and the feel one gets when looking down this road. The men standing gathered talking could be discussing the day's work or maybe even a soccer match they saw.Lovely as well how the rain that had stopped is giving us that glimmer on the road.
