Great portrait for this nice green reptile.

I like very much how the body comes out from the dark.

Maybe it is a little distracting the branch in the background, back of neck. Maybe you could delete it with the clone.

Exquisite pose, color, texture, detail, light! Like the vignetting in a selective way as well as the selective focus.  I like especially to see the small branch in front and his delicate grip on it.  The blurred branch in the background, yes, might be a distraction - but maybe I only notice it as someone else pointed it out.  All the best,
