Perhaps mis-titled as the foreground seems a bit out of focus and not terribly interesting.  The image is split nearly in half by the horizon which is something that some folks seem to have a problem with.  I do the same thing sometimes.  The light on the distant hills seems the best part of the image and the clouds appear to have potential.  Perhaps more of an upward tilt would be beneficial (but then the title wouldn't work.)

Dave ...  i appreciate the comments. I think the title is not representative of what I wanted to show.  I wanted the foreground to lead the viewer to the mountains.... That was my goal. The foreground was not supposed to be the focal point of the image.
