Your POV enhances a regimented feeling of the alignment of these seemingly uniform tomb stones. They show no individual meaning, nor any personal touches by being so identical, and having been placed so close to one and other. In spite of the sunlight, the capture feels cold to me, which is properly emphasized by the cold snow covering the ground as well... A stark image. Well framed, and it has a fine tonal range, imo.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Happy, Healthy, and Great Photographic New Year 2011.   Marjolein

That's right. I'm sure they lived that way as well as being buried in that manner, no personal touches, just doing their jobs. A little like the soldiers at Arlington I suppose.  I appreciate your comments & I hope you & yours have a great New Year as well.

Very good B/w work with great tonality and contrast. Good composition and interesting subject suited for b/w. Happy New year!
