Nubble Light, best when viewed large

Interesting image.  The framed windows on the lighthouse gives it a different almost Victorian look.  And, the red shack looks like it's teetering on the rocks. Is this really this blue?  It looks like you bumped up the saturation on the fence of the surreal.  Where is this?  Is it a river?  Is the lighthouse strictly a tourist attraction?  Thanks for sharing this shot.  Happy New Year.
