samrat 1 Posted December 23, 2010 To anticipate, wait and then shoot. Sometimes time provides this luxury to the photographer. I dedicate this photo to John Crosley. Thank you for your constructive comments. Link to comment
sumon_mukherjee 0 Posted December 24, 2010 An attractive street shot with soft and beautiful color tonality. I’m not very sure about the efficacy of the placement of the man in the almost middle of the foreground. Very good photograph.WISHING YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A DELIGHTFULLY PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR. MAY THE SPARKLE OF YOUR ORIGINALITY SHINE ALL ALONG THE COMING YEAR. I WISH YOU A LIFE FULL OF CREATIVITY, SATISFACTION AND TOGETHERNESS. Link to comment
samrat 1 Posted December 24, 2010 Thank you for your input. Merry Christmas to you and wishes for a successful 2011.I wanted to place the man a little to the left; just as he had crossed the window. Timing was not perfect, I guess. However, on second thoughts, he does fill up the vacant space well. And he's not exactly in the center of the vacant bit, but a little to the right.I want you to know that even after I discussed with you and decided not to buy the Tamaron 18-270mm lens a few months ago, I went for the Tamron 18-200 4.5-5.6 lens recently. This is in addition to the Canon 70-300 lens that I bought in preference to the Tamron after discussion with you. This photo was taken with the Tamron 18-200. Link to comment
