Well composed.  Was this candid or did you pose him?  If you posed I think it would have been better to have his other hand visible, perhaps coming across his stomach as if to support the wrap.  I would have taken a few steps to the right to put the window out of play.  The current position is a distraction.  If it was perhaps visible to his left it would have been a nice play on lines (wall and window) and perhaps creating a more dynamic image (landscape vs portrait).  Just a thought.
