The light ,DOF and detail are so good here,the drawback is the tight crop,do you have another image with a wider angle?still ,very nice work

Harry, I do have a less tight crop. I have both a folder and and a presentation of a number elk you may enjoy looking at. Thanks for your comments.

I think this one is better than the one with the head down while feeding.  I can more clearly see that it's an elk, and you have a nice dark background that sets off the head better.  Many people are interested in antlers, and those are an important part of the biology and aesthetics of this species, so including them is usually a good idea.
