donna pallotta 107 Posted December 21, 2010 wonderful result, Jody. a little renaissance Botticelli. and the lighting is beautiful. many views in the picture; i see Georges Braque, and Picasso's Les Demoiselles d'Avignon. luv the pastels. both elegant and spectacular, a little surreal. a really marvelous piece, just brimming with art; i'd truly luv it on my wall! ;-} dp Link to comment

JPPhoto1664880217 2 Posted December 24, 2010 Excellent! I particularly like the colors and ethereal "feel". My compliments to both you and the model.FYI- I see the Botticelli, but not Braque or Picasso. Jim Phelps Link to comment
donna pallotta 107 Posted January 2, 2011 Jody's piece here is unique and wonderful without allusion to other artists, that's for sure! a part of the thrill in this piece for me is that it moved me in a way much like many other fabulous movement and multi-perspective works, like Picasso & his "women" pieces, and Braque's pastels in flux, and many other modern artists. yet, Jody, yours is unique in its stylization! thank you for requiring clarification, Jim. once again, brava Jody! ;-} dp Link to comment
