Great find, possibly the solider is at his last moment of duties here, the way he looks at his watch, this image is remarkably lit and with great choice of b/w format while the fine details, contrast and tone are adding a superb impact to the well thought of composition.

well captured, straight photo. The combination of soldier and time while being placed obviously in some lively city surrounding provides for a plethora of associations and interpretations.
