She is a pretty young lady, but the strange accessory green light makes her look ill.  I can't quite understand how you did this but it almost looks like a circular green light with a block in the middle; her skin tones in the face look close to natural but her hair, garment and much of the background has this color overcast.

I like the polaroid feel. Very nice skintone, well gesture and good light.

I like the approach a lot.  A foot forward, a foot backwards to simpler times.

Replaced it by another (better) scan, thanks for the comments.
