Jessica is a beautiful girl. I love the gradient background. You don't see that effect used much. The colors all work together very well. There is excellent focus on her eyes, catch lights, eye contact with the camera (viewer), lighting, skin tone, make-up, specular highlights on her lips, expression, separation from the background, contrast, compositional balance and color saturation.

You even cropped below her necklace rather than into it. You could have gotten very good top and bottom compositional balance with a tighter crop on the bottom, but you would have had to crop into her necklace. That would not have been a good thing to do.

I find this to be a textbook head and shoulders portrait. Excellently done.
