David,  You have done a great job making a common subject into an artistic image that represents how you see.  in addition to the excellent composition,the colorful, but not overstated sky really enhances the image.  And, I really like that weather vane - or is it a windmill?   

Thanks very much all.  This scene was one of those opportunities that you recognize instantly, with no effort in seeing or in taking the picture.  It was simply a matter of looking to my left while driving down a small dirt road, pulling over, rolling down the window - and taking the shot - (well, several shots).  The Gods do smile occasionally.

My only lament is that I can't seem to transfer the image quality of the original to PN properly - the trees are much more sharply delineated, and there are no artifacts or halos visible in the original.

Larry, that is a windmill peeking over the roof.
