yes, the large view was impressive.....must have been pretty cool standing there and taking in that scenery

There is a real flavour of the atmosphere here as the birds are well highlighted amidst the shadow of the dark chasm in the cliff face. You can almost hear the raucous call of the gulls as they rise and fall on the thermals. Great atmospheric shot!

Hi Larry. Thanks for your comment to one of my photos.  This is a very unusual but effective nature shot. The contrast of the dark cliff shadows against the white sunlit birds works very well, showing the random pattern of their flight. Also, it was a good idea to include part of the water below and the sea and sky above the cliffs. This shows the scale of the cliff hight, which is exhilarating! Nice and effective image.
