Together with nomad herders under old larch trees in an upstream

valley of the Khovd river. This was one of our most beautiful camp

sites during our this fall's journey through Western Mongolia.

Some days ago I submitted the same photo in blue tones and with softer contrast. I would be interested in getting some feedback on the differences you see and feel between the two photos. Please see the larger version. Thanks for taking your time. Karl

I think that the B/W works better from the blue one, even though they are similar. the blue looks less natural for me than this version. In any event it is interesting to see a real mongolian tent and the smoke, which I read about only in books.....Has to be seen large, Very nice documentary.

Bin ebenfalls für diese Version, der Kontrast macht wirklich viel aus. Sehr schön wie der Rauch die Bildelemente verbindet. Top Foto

I like this version,They have a hard life but they are strong and they easy accommodate for different conditions compare with us,well seen and done as a doc. too,best regards and Merry Christmas,all the best for New Year.
