My wife and I have enjoyed discussing this photo (over a glass of wine).  It has amused us and also impressed us.  The colour (color) choices are very well thought out.  Glad you left the part tree to the left in - it helps the balance and interest.  Excellent stuff indeed !

The way you present it is very artistic. The mood of the persons, the attitude with cigarettes, the little touch of color with a magical tonal effect, the sky in B/W at the background all makes it truly fantastic. Like it very much.
