Serg, It is clear you have two different pictures mounted side by side.  My first impression is that some of highlighted skin is overexposed.  My upload has colored the overexposed regions in red, by Photoshop.  The exposure on the left picture differs from the one on the right by a bit.

The picture on the right has a rim-lighted effect along the face and shoulder that is a bit strong.

Serg. You have two different images here. I would prefer them separated from each other. Love the softness but there are some hot areas. Congrats.
