I really like the composition and the colors.  The mass of pilings in the foreground, echoed by additional pilings that stretch into the background, contrast so nicely with the form and color of the sun-lit clouds -- that's what gives the composition interest to me.  I think your use of a wide angle lens has helped to "tame" the light around the sun; that's often a difficult area for digitial cameras, and this looks great  (especially the sun rays).  Nicely done.

Beautifully captured.  Nice balance and composition.  If I have any nit at all, it would be the bright streak in the lower right border, which doesn't quite balance the left side.  I realize that is the bright side, but my eye was drawn to this bright spot and downward, away from the action up top.  You might consider cropping that side just a "thadd."  Lovely image.
