lonebearimages 0 Posted December 9, 2010 This is unbelievably fetching! Very zen-like, and an amazing color palette. Really good eye to see this one, Stephen. Well done! Cheers! Link to comment
stp 6 Posted December 9, 2010 Chris, thanks. The background is reservoir water that evidently had glacial salts in it; hence, the dark green tone. I, too, liked the zen-feeling imparted by this composition. Link to comment
ifti 1 Posted December 10, 2010 I love the pattern of branches and leaves upon a plain BG. It is artistic. To me it is is very laid back, I like to have it some punch. I took in in PSCS3 in curves I moved middle pointer to -77 and then mod contrast in curves. To me it looked better. The BG gets darker and the branches pop out. You may not like the effect, but play with it anyway. Regards. Ifti. Link to comment

stp 6 Posted December 10, 2010 That's very nice -- I like it; your modifications really do make the leaves stand out. Thanks for sharing. Link to comment
stp 6 Posted February 20, 2012 The maple branch was extending over an impounded river with glacial salts, and I thought it made a great background for these leaves. Your comments and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. Link to comment
