Gnarled Protection

I was initially drawn to the patterns in the log with the bark stripped away

long ago, with the patterns enhanced where limbs once were growing. The

autumn huckleberry below added to the interest, just a small piece of the

landscape near Mount Rainier. Your comments and suggestions will be

appreciated. Thanks.
