I've seen these colors several times in the same area.

I live in Vancouver and I visit my friends South of the border from time to time. Few years ago we were on top of a hill looking at a beautiful sunset like this one. But in your photo it looks even more spectacular. Really nice shot!

I really love the juxtaposition between dark and bright in your image.  Nicely composed and excellent exposure.
