The Black and White was nicely done.  Good detail.  Very nice smooth complexion.  I might have used a reflector for the chin to get rid of the dark spot.  The focus is on the girls face and sunglasses.  I would have liked to see more attention, light, and detail to the hands on the right with the diamonds.   There is an obvious attention given to the process of putting on an earring.  I would giving it more light and made the diamonds pop a little more.  I have a sense that the detail of the face was more important than this but I felt it was very interesting and something that should also been emphasized.   I liked the head angle.  I want to note one more thing and that there is a lot of angling of the head, leading lines, facial expression, how her teeth are positioned that doesn't support the earrings or the gloves.  It you go to a theatre and notice that the seating and walls and even ceiling are different toward the stage and that is because that is where they want you looking.  I think this is a good analogy.

Nice tones and I think there is a bit softening, but not sure, nice expression and pose! Everything nice! Ciao Fabrizio, warm regards from me too!

Molto bella, ben fatta, con una gran conversione in B/W, anche se...è difficile mettere o levare un orecchino con i guanti, che dici? Hahaha!...Ciaomau!

Like almost all of it. The light, tonal, exposure, expression, cropping and the ear ring. A perfect composition.

Thanks for sharing. All the best. Regards.
