It is Bürgerparkviertel in Darmstadt, Germany. Architects are Kramm et Strigl. It was built 1999 and incorporated also an old industrial building, which was the architecture office. I did my practica there in 1999, while it was built. I even stayed in the same house as one fellow architect who was project architect at this Siedlung. Kramm et Strigl had a specific style for social housing, with wintergardens in the facade, since they won the Bessunger Strasse, in Darmstadt as well (photos coming).
