Nice composition, Ioannis, with the windmill obscuring the setting (or rising?) sun. Nice range of B&W tonality and a feel-good  overall mood, perhaps due to lack of contemporary life signs. The hot spot behind the windmill works wonders  in the picture balance. Well done!

A real story telling photo! The b&w works perfectly here creating a mysterious mood. At the first sight your shot gave me the impression of a fairy tale and the concept made me think of Don Quichotte. But when I payed a little more attention, I realised it was much more!

Thanks for sharing

Ioannis, This is a really wonderful image. The light behind the windmill works very well showing the strong outline of the blades. The bit of fog in the tree tops is a nice touch. The various textures are great, I particularly like the grasses in the foreground with the wood of the mill.

For me the strength of this pictures originates from the composition and tones.  The windmill is in the right spot and the hot spot behind it highlights the windmill.  There is however a second spot to focus on, the house.  The dynamic between the two is for the strength of the picture.

Well composed and very moody feeling to this image. The light behind the windmill illuminates the blades and makes the entire image almost surreal. Good work.

Sincerely,

Holger
