Hard to judge. Finely taken and I like the background colour variation, but a well-worn subject. Still, very well executed.

I like how the red in the background compliments the colors in the rose but I think they are a little too bright. It tends to grab attention away from the rose. Perhaps tone them down a little bit. Also, I think a little tighter crop to remove some of the extra negative space would help the overall composition as well.

All in all, however, an outstanding photo.
