A friendly face with happy smile.  You have captured his bearded countenance very well, but it is so dark that I cannot easily see its details.  At the same time where the light hits his shirt strongly it is washed out. If you took this as a camera RAW file it can be fixed.

The one thing that really bothers is that a ladder is growing out of his head. That could be retouched out of existance.
