Indeed the tones of the skin are marvelous.  I would prefer to see a little more texture in the hair.  What I would really like is to not have her face jammed into the left margin.  I upload a suggestion which, of necessity, had to be filled in with a blank to represent the extra area that I believe would strengthen your image.

So strong pose and very impressive work on light and develop. I agree with Jerry, in that i feel it greatly improve and empower the composition by additional space at left. Its still a top winner. Bravo.
