gsphotoguy 2 Posted November 30, 2010 A recent workshop was held in a studio with west facing windows. Working privately just before sunset I made a series of images with various thinks casting shadows on Osyn's body. Here it is a piece of lace. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted November 30, 2010 I do like the idea. Personally I would like to see the shadows to be a bit harder but this is only a personal preference. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted December 2, 2010 I really like the pattern on her body and the expression on her face. It is as if she is intent on soaking up a new kind of sunshine. I am undecided about the stripe running across her abdomen, and wonder how it might look if it was cropped above the bar so that there was nothing to distract from the lace pattern. Link to comment
gsphotoguy 2 Posted December 3, 2010 I appreciate all of the comments and thoughts you have put forward on my image of Osyn, thank you.Robert - There is a bit of trade-off you get in trying to move the bar, the shadow of the window frame. If I move her closer it rises too high, I feel. If I move her further away, the bar moves down but the lace pattern softens too much. I kind of like having is across her hips, almost like a wide belt. I also feel that cropping higher would have eliminated the very nice curve of her lower body and how it balances her head, arms and breasts.-Mark Link to comment
