As your eye is drawn from her toes through her torso and finally to the expression on her face, the image conveys a range of emotion and sexuality.  Just when you think it is impossible to create a really novel image from a naked model, a window and a bed with white sheets, you find something new and creative.  My only criticism is the colorization--I would have done this in pure B+W--but it is a minor issue and one of personal taste more than anything else.  Excellent work!

I have to second the previous comments, Michael. I agree with Tracy that this might have looked better in true B&W. The flow leading up to the light from the window is terrific.
