The black and white adds a level of quality to this shot. There is a lot to consider here. I might have made this a little more un centered than you have. The lighting is good and provides nice shading. I think I would consider cloning out the picture in the background. There is an intriguing feel with the model. Her body is young and smooth, while her ars seem to feel more weathered and aged. The hair is natural and also adds to the shot.

I wouldn't say Charles is wrong but I don't mind the centred image here. Also, the picture behind her gives more of a homely feel which I like.
