Lovely looking portrait with appealing skin colour. That little tilt of the head upwards makes all the difference, I think, with the earing adding a nice little touch. IMHO the background maybe could be smoothed out a little as the horizontal lines can be a little distracting, all in all a fine shot...congrats.
