Yes, I think that this is ( unfortunately, and speaking from my own experience) really necessary, Ruud...  & I note the lock for the bike right next to it as well :-)  But of course, it also makes for nice photo material, as you have proven yet again..! Red sportscars are populair -and prestigious. No wonder you have to protect them against theft. Especially cabriolets. Yellow weels makes it all the more attracting potential car thiefs. Pity that I am unable to understand which model or year the car is.

Obviously the young owner of this toy car thinks it is. Unfortunately there are sick people out there who will steal even from babies.  Very cute photo, well seen and with beautiful colors.

This afternoon, a neighbor of mine informed me of a new type of crime in my city: Thieves are using tow trucks to steal cars and sell them as scrap.

Nice  Capture !! That it is locked ,speaks of it's necessity ! Wonderful moment.
