Excellent Radu. Congratulations.

I find your processing here very interesting but also very distracting.  I feel as though I want to see this scene as it was taken with all the natural colour and detail.  One of the things that I like about this is the contrast between the soft, swirling sky vs the grainy texture of the buildings below.  This image has a very dark and ominous feel.

The color tones give this image a bit of an 'old 1940's - 1950's colorized postcard feeling', imo. An artistic approach, Radu -- nicely done.  It really has a particular mood. However, there is something about the treatment of the sky that throws me off a though.... (Maybe too dark and/or contrasting -- Can't really put my finger on it...?)

You suceeded in producing a very Ominous Artistic rendering Radu and it is quite different yet impressive at the same time.  I don't know what process you used but it truly has offered another approach that I've not seen..well done!
