Your image is very dark.  I believe your "creature" is a fly.  Flies have one pair of wings and bees have two.  The second pair of wings on a fly is reduced to a tiny balancing weight on the end of an appendage.  I cannot see it clearly here but it sure seems to have only one pair of wings.
