I like the way you committed yourself to this, blue posts especially. The sky seemed to dictate the toning treatment, drama up in the heavens. The blue is the human touch. The angle of shooting, especially with the pointing arrow of the sign, gives this a geometric dynamic as well. Faith (fe) is something plastered on signs and on marquees, rarely actually practiced. Even when it is practiced, it unfortunately often misleads. Such are the chances we humans take. They say faith is blind. Photographs aren't.

I think blue hitching post outside a self-proclaimed stripmall mission is a stroke of advertising genius.  Where in this sepia-toned world can a wayward soul find a little bit of heaven?  Why over there!  Little pieces of heaven outside the pearly gates.  (Well, actually stucco and fake rock).
