Well, this looks like twilight - the sky is still blue but the building in the foreground is being bathed in the reddish light of sunset.  Why is the flag still flying? - I thought it was supposed to be retired at sundown. Even worse if it is morning and it has been out all night.

The fact that the moon is showing is wonderful.  The fact that it is so close to the frame margin is too bad for the composition.  It needs to be where there is more sky between it and the frame lines.
