steveshinn 0 Posted November 20, 2010 Good image. My spies failed me and I wasn't there (I would have called you) but I heard that they dumped in 700 pounds of trout last Wed at around 11:00. Looks like you caught one, maybe the first of the season. In your email to me, you seemed pretty steamed and appeared to accused me of a "low rating" that you thought I gave to this image (looks like you must spend a lot of time trying to analyze who gave what numbers) so here is my honest opinion about it spelled out for you:We all know that it isn't very hard to get Osprey catching fish here but it is still a good image. However, because of the harsh light, the contrast is a bit off to me as is the saturation. It seems clear that you and a lot of others like the art form and it is "pretty".Unlike some of your other excellent images the position of the fish doesn't add to the image and it's a profile. So, based on that, I would give it between a 5 and a 6. Link to comment

ChristopherSchlaf 0 Posted November 22, 2010 Linh I am not a big fan of the harsh sun. When I veiw larger I always look at the eyes and they seem to have lost some detail either slightly blurry or cropped to tight.Still a very nice image.I hope you dont mind my honesty.6 from me Link to comment
